Plastic shell metal parts

Singi Electrical produces plastic-shell metal parts used inside low-voltage electrical products such as MCB, RCBO, distribution box and switch assemblies. The metal insert is stamped and formed from steel or copper, then combined with a flame-retardant plastic shell such as PA66 or ABS by insert moulding or assembly. With 80 stamping machines and more than 31 years of manufacturing experience, we support both small trial batches and volume production. Tolerances are checked by our in-house inspection team and every part is produced to the same standard as the original component. Custom designs based on your drawings or samples are welcome, and OEM and ODM services are available.
