We supply high-quality MCCBs rated for 690V power systems with a variety of specifications to suit your protection needs. Our MCCBs offer:
Rated current below 1250A: We offer MCCBs with maximum rated currents of 630A, 800A, 1000A and 1250A for a range of applications. Choose an MCCB with a rated current at least 1.25 times your maximum expected load for reliable overload protection.
Rated insulation voltage of 800V: Our MCCBs are tested and certified safe for continuous operation at 800V. This high insulation rating adds an extra safety margin for 690V systems, avoiding potential breakdowns or arcing at the working voltage.
Rated voltage of 690V and below: We supply MCCBs specifically designed and rated for 690V power systems. They are capable of interrupting the maximum short circuit currents that can occur at this voltage.
100kA rated short circuit breaking capacity: Our MCCBs have a minimum short circuit breaking capacity of 100kA at 690V for safe interruption of the maximum fault levels in your system. We offer MCCBs with higher breaking capacities of 150kA and 200kA for high-capacity power networks.
Thermal-magnetic trip units: Our MCCBs come standard with thermal-magnetic trip units that provide comprehensive yet affordable overload and short circuit protection for most applications. We also offer fully electronic trip units with adjustable protection settings for high-precision control.
4-pole design: Our MCCBs are 4-pole for use in three-phase power systems. 2-pole MCCBs for single phase networks are also available on request.
IP20 or higher enclosures: Our MCCBs offer a minimum of IP20 enclosure protection for some environmental shielding. Higher IP rated metal or plastic enclosures can also be supplied based on your needs.
5000 operation service life: Our MCCBs are tested to provide at least 5000 open/close operations before servicing or replacement, limiting downtime for your system.
Optional accessories: We can supply a range of optional accessories for your MCCBs including rotary operating handles, auxiliary contacts for remote status indication, alarm switch contacts and shunt trip coils for remote tripping.
